To ensure a sustained, relaxing and wonderful holiday to each of our guests we’d like to kindly ask you to follow a few simple rules.

Registration

Please register at reception upon arrival or on our online system. We kindly ask all guests and visitors to register their ID card or passport and to fill in the public safety form.

Check in

Pitches are available from 12:00 to 8:00 pm on the day of your arrival.

Check out

You are requested to vacate your pitch by 11.30am on the day of your departure.

Please leave the pitch tidy in order to have it ready for the next guests. You can check out between 2:00pm and 8:00pm on the day before your departure or between 8.30am and 11:00am on the day of your departure.

Pitches

All pitches are assigned at the reception upon arrival. If you wish to move or change your pitch, just get in touch with us. Please let us know if you need to have access to electricity.

Rest times and noise

Please keep noise at a level which will not disturb other site users to ensure that everyone has a relaxing stay. Please respect the following quiet times:

• between 10pm and 8am
• between 2pm and 4pm

After 10pm we kindly ask you to switch off your TV, radio and not to play music. TV, radio and music are allowed only within the bar area after 11pm.

Speed limit

The speed limit is 10km/h. Cars and motorbikes can access the campsite only on arrival and departure and between 8am and 8pm. Please do not enter the campsite after 8pm.

Dogs

We offer dog-friendly caravan and camping holidays. However, we request that dogs must be kept on a leash at all times whilst on-site.

Please be courteous and always clean up after your dog and use bins far from the pitches. We also ask you to keep the dog’s documents handy for checks.

Personal belongings

You are responsible for your belongings at all times. The company is not responsible for lost property. Do not leave your belongings unattended.

Waste disposa

Waste must be disposed according to local law. Please help us by sorting your trash correctly at the recycling area.

We have separate bins for general trash, organic waste, glass, cans, plastic and paper. Feel free to ask at reception for any clarification.

Dishwashing and water sources

The water fountains can be accessed in the designated area. Washing up areas have to be used for dishes only. Please remove all food from the dishes in order not to block the sinks and please leave them tidy for other guests. Clothing sinks can be used for cloth washing only.
